Role Overview:

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property disputes. This includes advising clients on matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, lease renewals, and other property-related conflicts. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and represent them in court when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
2. Provide expert legal advice on a variety of property disputes.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
4. Represent clients in court and at mediation or arbitration hearings.
5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and legislation.
6. Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
7. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure.
4. Proven track record of successfully handling property disputes.
