Property Litigation Solicitor
A Home Counties law firm has a requirement for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Hertfordshire office in dealing with a full-time case load of varied residential and commercial property litigation files. The successful Solicitor will have previous experience in dealing with property litigation matters.
The case load will involve advising and dealing with:
- Boundary disputes
- Building and contract disputes
- Lease and break notice issues
- Some debt work
