Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm with offices across the Southwest, is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE to join their thriving Exeter office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team while working on a diverse and challenging caseload of property disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, leasehold disputes, property ownership conflicts, and other contentious property matters.
• Advising clients, preparing documentation, and representing them in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required.
• Maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and high standards of client service.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in property litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively with the team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships.
