Newly Qualified Solicitor - Property Litigation
Location: Greater London

A leading London law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its highly regarded Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a large, well-respected team of specialists advising a broad client base of commercial and residential property owners and occupiers.
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of real estate dispute matters, gaining exposure to high-quality work across a diverse caseload. The team is known for its practical and cost-effective approach, offering clear, concise advice on complex property issues.

Work will include disputes relating to:

  • Contracts for the transfer and development of land
  • Party wall matters
  • Rights of way and rights of light
  • Restrictive covenants
  • Neighbour and boundary disputes


The firm is also proactive in helping clients avoid disputes wherever possible, offering preventative advice alongside robust litigation support.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a trainee solicitor/newly qualified solicitor with strong training experience in property litigation
