Property Lister/Valuer

Property Valuer/Lister required for our client located in East London, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Property Valuer/Lister will be responsible for prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings, or booking appointments for the additional services we supply such as mortgages, conveyancing, etc.

The Property Valuer/Lister will ideally have an ability to successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our Landlords to let their Properties for the best price and with the best service and support possible.

Property Valuer/Lister Remuneration

1. Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
2. On Target Earnings: £40,000 (Uncapped)
3. 5 days per week including some Saturdays
4. Holiday Commission
5. 33 days paid Holiday + an extra day off for your birthday

Property Valuer/Lister Requirements

1. Previous experience in real estate
2. Minimum of 6 Months prior valuations & listing experience in a similar role
3. A full driving license and your own car
4. Great customer service and leadership skills
5. Strong work ethic
