Job: Property Lettings & Revenue Executive (Property Letting & Revenue Team)

Location: Chandlers Ford

We are seeking a proactive and driven Property Lettings & Revenue Executive to join our Property Letting & Revenue Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is looking to build a long-term career in law.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing property lettings, ensuring compliance, and optimising revenue streams. The successful candidate will also contribute to our advice line, providing guidance to clients over the phone and via email once fully trained.

Our Property Lettings & Revenue team specialises in advising landlords and tenants on a range of legal issues related to residential lettings.

The Role

As a Property Lettings & Revenue Executive, Youll Be

• Managing the end-to-end lettings process, including tenant onboarding and lease administration.
• Communicating effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide guidance.
• Monitoring rental income, chasing arrears, and supporting revenue collection processes.
• Managing the advice line, delivering clear and accurate advice over the phone and via email.
• Managing your caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Working collaboratively within the Property Letting & Revenue Team to provide exceptional client service.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• Educated to degree level in law (or equivalent qualification) with a strong interest in property law and enforcement.
• A confident and clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
• Ambitious, with a desire to progress within the legal profession.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
