YOUR DAY TO DAY
This is a career Legal Assistant position, perfect for someone with strong experience in property law who wants to remain in a non-fee-earning legal support role. Working closely with a Partner, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a high standard of service to clients. At times, you may also support with Paralegal-level tasks.

1. Providing high-level administrative support to Fee Earners and Partners.
2. Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
3. Handling digital dictation and document management. Drafting legal documents as required.
4. Preparing files for billing and completion.
5. Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. A strong background in property law, ideally within commercial property.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Experience in drafting legal documents and digital dictation.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
5. Friendly, approachable, and a team player to work independently while taking instruction when needed.
