Property Finance Solicitor - South Manchester

This entrepreneurial legal 500 ranked boutique firm has a brilliant opportunity for a property finance solicitor with between NQ-5 years experience to join the reputable practice, to handle a variety of property finance matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on a range of real estate finance matters, including acquisition finance, investment loans, capital raises and refinancing.
2. Conduct thorough due diligence, reviewing property titles, legal documents, and other relevant materials to assess financing arrangements, identifying potential risks, and advising clients on necessary actions.
3. Negotiate key commercial terms and conditions in loan agreements, security documents, and other related contracts on behalf of clients.
4. Draft, review, and amend a variety of legal documents including facility agreements, security documents, and related documentation.
