Job description

Our client is the leading property management specialist in the area and offers a fantastic working environment.

Finance Assistant - The Role
  1. Manage electronic data and e-mails
  2. Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients.
  3. To participate in all internal training, prepare and run training sessions and attend external training.
  4. Monitoring of bank statements for BACS receipts
  5. Banking twice per week
  6. Filing invoices accurately and correctly
  7. Sending remittances to suppliers
  8. Plus much more
Finance Assistant - Skills and Requirements
  1. Working knowledge of QUBE computer system
  2. A desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
  3. Soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers' needs.
  4. Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets - i.e. Excel
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills.
