Job Description

Company Description

Park Street A/S is a Technology and Design driven Real Estate company which owns over 40 properties across various sectors including Office, Retail, Hotel, Co-Living and some significant development sites. We have a startup mindset with hands-on approach to managing, tech development and design in collaboration with external partners.

Location: London or Copenhagen (with occasional travel between both)

Role Type: Full-time | Team: Expert-led, collaborative, impact-driven

About You:

You’re a design-minded problem-solver with training in architecture, engineering, finance, maths, or a related analytical field. You see the world through both a technical and creative lens—whether you’re optimizing a floor plan for ROI, modeling the financial viability of a redesign, or styling a space to tell a compelling story.

You thrive where precision meets aesthetics, and you’re energized by projects that demand:

Analytical rigor – Data-driven decisions, feasibility studies, or financial modeling

Design intuition – Spatial planning, material selections, or visual storytelling

Collaborative execution – Working with architects, contractors, and teams to bring ideas to life

What You’ll Do:

  • Design-Forward Property Management:
  • Use tools like AutoCAD/SketchUp to refine layouts for functionality and ROI
  • Oversee styling and finishes for rentals/transformations (a "designer’s eye" required)
  • Data-Informed Strategy:
  • Analyze pricing, occupancy, and operational efficiency with Excel/BI tools
  • Prepare investment materials blending financial insights with visual impact
  • Cross-Border Coordination:
  • Work with London/Copenhagen teams on projects ranging from renovations to digital branding

Ideal Profile:

Training in architecture, engineering, finance, or maths – Your foundation is in structured thinking

Design skills & passion – AutoCAD/SketchUp proficiency is ideal; at minimum, strong aesthetic intuition

Analytical toolkit – Comfort with spreadsheets, data visualization, or financial concepts

Collaborative spirit – You bridge technical and creative worlds with clear communication

Why Join?

  • Uniquely interdisciplinary role – Apply your technical training to tangible design and property challenges
  • Direct impact – Your work shapes real spaces, strategies, and investor decisions
  • Mentorship – Learn from a founder who values both your quantitative and creative input
  • Dynamic culture – A team that celebrates deep thinking, elegant solutions, and mutual growth

How to Apply:

Share with us:

  1. A short note – Describe a project where you merged analysis + design (academic, professional, or personal)
  2. A work sample – Architectural drawings, financial models, design portfolios, or presentations showing your dual strengths

"We’re building a team where technical excellence and design passion intersect—if that excites you, let’s talk."
