Property Conveyancer (Locum) - 3+ years experience, Greater Manchester, £40 - £45 per hour, on-going. An assignment suitable for locum conveyancers to join a well-established firm to cover permanent recruitment. OVERVIEW:
  1. A locum assignment suitable for experienced locum conveyancers or solicitors with at least 3 years of experience
  2. The appointed locum will be able to handle a full caseload of a wide range of residential conveyancing matters
  3. The locum conveyancer will have in-depth knowledge of property law, and experience with sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions and transfers of equity
  4. Secretarial/administrative support will be available
  5. This is an on-going assignment to cover permanent recruitment
  6. Primarily office-based, but open to hybrid working arrangements
