An established industry player is seeking a skilled Property Conveyancer for a locum assignment in Greater Manchester. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing, handling a diverse caseload that includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity transfers. A locum assignment suitable for experienced locum conveyancers or solicitors with at least 3 years of experience.
The appointed locum will be able to handle a full caseload of a wide range of residential conveyancing matters.
The locum conveyancer will have in-depth knowledge of property law, and experience with sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, and transfers of equity.
Secretarial/administrative support will be available.
This is an on-going assignment to cover permanent recruitment.
Primarily office-based, but open to hybrid working arrangements.
