What the job involves
In this advisory role, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing asset management plans and systems across Council's broad asset portfolio, to ensure efficient and sustainable operations that meet the needs of Council and the community.
No two days will be the same and you will need to have your finger on the pulse as you collaborate with stakeholders, manage contractors, prepare budgets and schedules, conduct inspections, all whilst ensuring compliance and health and safety standards are being met.
A tertiary qualified, or seasoned professional with an equivalent level of learning through experience, with at least five years industry experience, who can apply their existing knowledge and experience to hit the ground running in this position from day one. You'll have an eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage your time efficiently.
You'll be motivated and have an enthusiasm for not only owning your role, but furthering it. Like us, you'll be committed to providing a high level of service and you'll be a master at multitasking.
