About this Opportunity
We have permanent opportunities at Lloyds Living Ltd, previously Citra Living for Area Hosts, where you’ll build and manage the relationships of our residents and support the management of the developments across your region.
Lloyds Living Limited is the Group’s Private Rental Subsidiary. Its purpose is to Help Britain Prosper through improving access to good quality, affordable rental homes across the UK whilst delivering diverse and sustainable financial return to Group. The intention is to work with leading house builders, and other participants, through strategic partnerships to identify sites and support the building of additional housing, with Lloyds Living buying the rental element of these new developments and then letting the properties to customers.
As well as ensuring continued support for the house building sector, this will also help to address the continued increase in demand for rental properties. The properties, which will be incremental stock to the UK, will provide modern, good quality homes to meet the demands of a growing rental market, and they will be within easy reach of local transport, amenities, and leisure facilities.
This role will be in our In-House Operations Team where you'll work closely with internal key partners such as property managers, mobilisation managers as well as external partners such as 3rd party suppliers, developers, and Estate Agents. Your role will be key to the success of In-Housing Team as you'll spend most of your time dealing with customers (tenants) from viewing through to moving them into their homes.
