Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Estate Agent, ensuring efficient administration and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage office operations including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of tenant information and property details.
  3. Utilise software for property management tasks, ensuring all entries are precise and timely.
  4. Assist in upselling available services or units to prospective tenants, contributing to overall occupancy goals.
  5. Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  6. Prepare reports and documentation as required for property management activities.
  7. Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote a professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  3. Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable.
