Job description

Property Administrator / Assistant Property Manager Stevenage cGBP28k

We are working with a highly successful, independent, and rapidly expanding property management group based in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Property Administrator as follows:

  • Working within modern offices based in Stevenage with a friendly and inclusive team. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.
  • Acting as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails (which may relate to maintenance, service charge matters, etc.).
  • Handling maintenance tasks including:
    • Arranging contractors
    • Access to properties
    • Providing updates
  • Maintaining records of property inspections and proactively scheduling compliance tasks.
  • Updating compliance tracking systems and information on the in-house management system (to include resident contact details).
  • General office administration.

There is scope (for those keen) to progress to Assistant Property Manager level (and beyond) with associated pay reviews and training.

Salary will start at up to GBP28k with a company pension and a genuine career path supported by training.
