Job description

Administrator – Property Admin

Role Profile

Main Purpose

Reporting to the Property Admin Manager, responsible for raising, planning, and closing all emergency, planned, cyclical & void repairs for the Target Portfolio. To ensure that all KPIs are met with regards to specific time frames for repairs to be actioned. Ensuring all Target properties are managed effectively in regard to repairs and planned efficiently.

Specific Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Raise, assign and plan all repairs within the designated KPIs
  2. Ensure all void properties are inspected, repairs raised and closed in line with KPIs
  3. Ensure effective and efficient scheduling of works
  4. Build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  5. Report any Health and Safety concerns to the Health & Safety Lead
  6. Constantly review the service’s processes with the management team to increase productivity and effectiveness in line with continuous improvement
  7. Complete all mandatory training
  8. Attend all relevant training courses and meetings as requested by the organisation
  9. Attend a minimum of Bi-annual One to One meetings

Person Specification

  1. Excellent organisation skills
  2. Ability to effectively reprioritise workload based on incoming, reactive tasks
  3. Competent using IT to document, monitor and record
  4. Excellent team ethic
  5. Flexible and willing to adapt to a frequently changing role
  6. Understand the need for continuous improvement within the service
  7. Understanding of current and changing Health and Safety Legislation
  8. Awareness and understanding of the people we support and their potential vulnerabilities
