Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Belfast

Salary and Benefits: Dep on experience - will include Bonus.

Hours of work: Mon-Fri 08.30am - 5.30pm - Sat 9.30am - 12.30pm on a Rota basis

Employment Type: Permanent

The Right Role:
  1. Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
  2. Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
  3. Filing and archiving
  4. Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  5. Compiling reports
  6. Managing diaries for team members
  7. Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
  8. Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
The Right Fit:
  1. Previous Property experience is essential for this role.
