Responsibilities:
- Assist the program management team in developing project plans, defining objectives, and setting deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, ensuring everyone is informed about project status, updates, and action items.
- Schedule and organise project team meetings, capturing minutes and following up on action items.
- Act as a point of contact for team members to address queries and provide support as needed.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
- Assist in keeping project files organised and easily accessible for the team.
- Help in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the program management team in monitoring project expenses and budget compliance.
- Help identify cost saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Participate in project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Programme management team in managing stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and feedback.
Projects Coordinator Digital Technology requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as project manager or coordinator of software development projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to schedule and prioritise multiple work streams effectively.
- A motivated, proactive and ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills.
- Collaborative and open-minded team player with the confidence to deal with senior internal and external figures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trellis) and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and across departments.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
