Projects & 3rd Line Engineer

Have you got a passion for delivering projects? Do you have in-depth experience with deploying applications?

Working with an exciting business based in Southend, they are looking for an experienced Project & 3rd Line Engineer. You will have a strong focus on deploying applications and be able to hit the ground running with InTune, AutoPilot, and PowerShell scripting.

Projects are a huge part; however, you will also be the escalation point for the 2nd line team, with the ability and drive to help the team develop and learn.

Responsibilities:
As a Project & 3rd Line Engineer, you will…

• Deliver customer and internal technical projects based on the scope of works and within the time scale.
• Application Packaging, Application Deployment, PowerShell Scripting via InTune & AutoPilot.
• Provide 3rd Line remote & onsite support, accurately recording time spent and steps taken, ensuring SLA’s are met.
• Work on escalated tickets from the 2nd line team, offering training and support for 1st & 2nd line teams.

Requirements:
As a Project & 3rd Line Engineer, you will need…

• In-depth experience with Application Deployment (InTune, AutoPilot & PowerShell).
• Strong customer service skills for onsite and remote support.
• Experience within 3rd line support & Project Engineering.
• Experience updating documentation and working to SLA’s.
