Join a forward-thinking, award-winning architecture firm that prioritizes collaboration, creativity, and career growth. Here, you'll work with a passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design and advanced BIM methodologies across high-profile data centre projects.
About the Firm: This leading, global design practice is known for its dynamic culture and commitment to professional excellence. With a reputation for inventive projects and a supportive work environment, the firm offers generous opportunities for personal and professional development in an atmosphere that celebrates innovation and continuous learning.
Role Overview: We are searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Project Technology Coordinator to play a pivotal role within our Data Centres team. In this role, you will integrate cutting-edge technology with effective project delivery strategies through all phases—from preliminary design and development to construction and closeout.
You’ll lead BIM best practices, mentoring colleagues of all levels and creating streamlined workflows that enhance team productivity. In tandem with the Practice IT Team, you will also implement state-of-the-art solutions for Revit and associated applications across all offices, and champion the integration of sustainable design technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM/Revit project kick-offs including model setup, execution planning, and team coordination
- Conduct technology and workflow research to innovate and improve BIM processes, visualization, computational design, and reality capture
- Deliver hands-on Autodesk Revit support through “over-the-shoulder” training and active mentorship
- Provide technical oversight to ensure model health, efficient clash detection, and successful collaboration with design consultants and contractor peers
- Develop, maintain, and enhance practice standards, tools, families, templates, and processes tailored for the Data Centre sector
- Work closely with the Practice IT – Technology Team to drive best practices and integrate third-party tools with Autodesk solutions
- Represent the firm at national industry events, sharing insights and building strong technical and business relationships
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for educating end users
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale projects using Autodesk Revit and suite applications
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360) and ISO 19650 standards is highly desirable
- Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or equivalent certification is encouraged
- Additional skills/experience in Newforma, Sketchup, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Python, Enscape, Twinmotion, Affinity, or Building Analysis tools preferred
- Proven record of developing and implementing efficient BIM workflows in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
What’s in It for You:
- Be part of a vibrant, inclusive team that fosters both innovation and mentorship
- Access unparalleled career development opportunities and support for professional growth
- Enjoy a balanced work-life culture with room to experiment, learn, and establish impactful industry connections
- Work on industry-leading, sustainable design projects that truly make a difference
If you’re passionate about technology, eager to lead transformative projects, and ready to boost your career in an environment that values creativity and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
