The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to drive their career forward!

You will be taking on a lead role, mainly working with their clients within the High-End Residential, Commercial, Hotel & Sports Stadia sectors - but you will have the opportunity to work on other company sectors.

In this role, you will have support working with the Senior management team, but also be able to take a hands-on role in managing your own projects, assisting/guiding junior members of the team with their work.

Four days per week office commitments are required, as they believe this enables them to offer unmatched training & mentoring for you to then progress your career to the next level.

Job Location: Central London (London Bridge)

Project Sectors: High-End Residential, Commercial, Hotel & Sports Stadia

Requirements for the Project Surveyor:

  1. Quantity Surveying Degree awarded by a UK university and accredited by the RICS - awarded 2.1
  2. MRICS chartered, or close to achieving this
  3. Demonstrable depth of experience in roles directly related to the provision of project Quantity Surveying services in a professional Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm
  4. Experience and understanding of the full RIBA Plan of Work Stages
  5. A proven ability to lead & deliver on time and provide a high-quality proactive service to clients
  6. Ability and desire to mentor others
  7. Ideally, some experience within the listed sectors.
