An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and enthusiastic Project Support Officer to join the Sussex Mental Health Inpatient Transformation Programme. The role, as a fixed term contract for 12 months, will support the Trust to implement the new Inpatient Strategic Plan. The role will co-produce with people who use services, their carers, supporters, the ICB and stakeholders from both statutory and non-statutory organisations the transformation of our current inpatient provisions and alternatives to admission including as well as new innovations and services for the communities of Sussex.

The Project Support Officer will provide essential administrative, coordination, and support functions to assist the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects. This role will ensure that project activities are well-organised, deadlines are met, and documentation is accurate and up to date. The Project Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the project team and maintaining effective project management processes within the PMO function.
