Project Support Officer needed in West London Paying £17.73 per hr ref 5264033

Full time hours on a temporary basis

We are looking for a highly organized Programme Support Officer to support the Refurbishment and Surveys Manager and Programme Delivery Lead. The role involves tracking and delivering projects, maintaining electronic information, and providing executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Support project tracking, document control, and risk management. Capture actions, issues, and lessons learned. Produce process maps and procedures.
  • IT Management: Maintain electronic information and shared folders. Ensure compliance with information rights legislation and data quality standards. Report non-compliance issues.
  • Executive Support: Arrange and minute meetings, manage diaries, draft documents, handle calls and emails, and support financial processes.
