Role: Project Support Officer Salary: £125 per day Location: Somerset / Suffolk / Bristol
About the Role
The Administrative support will help with the day-to-day running of the CI/BOP/Turbine Commercial Team by assisting with clerical and administrative processes.
Administrative Support Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizing meetings and travel arrangements
Responding to inquiries
Implementing office procedures and systems
Assist in weekly reports (Excel and PowerPoint)
Maintain awareness of Annual Leave of the SI Team
Contract administration tasks in support of Commercial SMEs as required
Work alongside the Commercial Manager on Budget/Invoices/Cost reporting and payment administration
Answer Emails and Phone Calls (occasionally)
Organize Appointments and manage schedules to avoid clashes
Administrative Support Skills and Qualifications:
Word processing skills: Strong typing skills for drafting correspondence and producing documents.
Communication skills: Excellent communication for emailing stakeholders and liaising with team members.
Database management: Good understanding of programs like Microsoft Excel for updating spreadsheets and maintaining databases.
Organizational skills: Ability to implement efficient filing systems on Microsoft 365.
Time management: Effectively prioritize tasks while managing the time of senior staff through calendar management.
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
