An established industry player is seeking a Project Support Manager to lead and manage transformation projects that enhance community health and social care services. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and producing essential project documentation. The Project Support Manager will provide project management, leadership and support to Transformation and Innovation projects within the Provide Group.
They will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to completion and beyond, the projects may range from departmental projects to group-wide projects, sometimes crossing into other external organisations. The Project Support Manager will lead regular project meetings, resolving issues as they arise and escalating these to Senior Project Managers or Directors as required.
