The Project Support Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the operational delivery of NHS projects, ensuring the seamless coordination of Primary Care Enhanced Access Services, Out-of-Hours services, and other contractual obligations. The postholder will be responsible for administrative support, project coordination, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to enhance service quality and efficiency.
The Project Support Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the services. Utilising in-depth service knowledge, they will be aware of and anticipate legislative and operating developments, with a view to translating these into tangible business deliverables. They will be responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place for their service to operate efficiently, delivering a high-quality service to all patients.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised, adaptable, able to work full time, rotational shifts (Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends), and provide cross-cover where needed to ensure seamless operational delivery. Additionally, the postholder will be expected to support other NHS projects as required.
This role demands a highly organised and proactive individual who can work flexibly in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The postholder must be able to manage competing priorities, provide excellent administrative support, and contribute to service development initiatives.
