Job Summary:

As a Global Project Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the oil and gas sector on the company's most strategic initiatives. You will establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, primarily in Texas but not limited to the state. Your responsibilities will include creating a sales plan for your assigned territory, prospecting, qualifying leads, and enhancing existing account sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   1. Establish relationships with current and potential clients.
   2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored growth solutions.
   3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements.
2. Sales Planning and Execution:
   1. Develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory.
   2. Identify and qualify new sales leads.
   3. Direct contractual negotiations for new business.
   4. Fully execute sales pipeline opportunities to achieve sales goals.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
   1. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
   2. Identify growth opportunities and potential clients.
   3. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Technical Expertise:
   1. Understand the technical aspects of oil and gas insulation.
   2. Provide technical guidance to clients during the sales process.
   3. Collaborate with engineering teams to address customer inquiries.

Qualifications/Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales within the oil and gas industry.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. 5 to 10 years of professional experience in new business development with a track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies.
6. Hunter mentality and ability to project a vision across a team.
7. Valid driver's license.
8. Frequent daily travel within sales territory.
