Job Description

Constructive Moves have been instructed to source applicants for a Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity with a privately owned property developer to join their Special Projects team, focusing on cladding and remediation works on legacy projects across the country.

You will oversee residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects and be responsible for:

1. Reviewing and analysing procurement and construction budgets
2. Managing design delivery programmes for the wider construction team and subcontractors
3. Preparing monthly cost reports and reconciliations
