Project Quantity Surveyor

A forward-thinking, sociable Quantity Surveying consultancy in City of London is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor with aspirations of stepping into a Senior role.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects including gym rollouts (£5m+), high-end private medical refurbishments, office fit-outs, and a major data centre development.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own schemes from inception through to completion, while also supporting Associates and Directors on larger, more technically complex projects. This role offers excellent exposure and the chance to fast-track your development towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

1. BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
2. MRICS or actively working towards chartership
3. 3+ years' experience in a consultancy / PQS environment
4. Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
5. Personable, client-facing, and confident in leading projects
