Project Quantity Surveyor (Hiring Multiple Candidates)

NECTO Selection have partnered with an award-winning Construction company who specialise in Civils and Utilities to appoint up to 3 quantity surveyors to join their Commercial Team. With a growing number of mid to large scale projects in the pipeline, this is a great time to join.

Successful candidates will gain an opportunity to develop their team-leading and mentoring skills by partnering with their Junior Quantity Surveyors.

The Role:

• Managing the commercial function of each project from start to finish
• Providing mentorship to junior commercial staff
• Managing relationships with clients, operational teams and suppliers
• Attend any meetings deemed necessary throughout project cycle.

The Person:

• Relevant third level qualification with 4+ years’ experience OR qualified by experience with 7+ years in a Quantity Surveying role
• CSR card
• Sound working knowledge or construction and engineering processes and contracts
• Experienced with industry project accounts, e.g., COINS, REDSKY
• Experienced with industry management software
