ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling engineering company seeking to expand its operations team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Project Planner. The successful candidate will work within a team of technical experts who specialise in design, build and commissioning. You will be responsible for assuring that all projects planning activities are delivered on time, working closely with the Project Managers.

Your duties will include:

  1. Working with technical teams to develop project plans and master summary schedules
  2. Undertaking schedule risk analysis and applying schedule risk as required
  3. Undertaking schedule status, forecast and analysis against critical path milestones
  4. Reporting to management and developing schedule recovery plans
  5. Understanding resource vs. schedule impacts and reporting accordingly.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A degree qualification (engineering discipline preferable) or equivalent project planning experience
  2. Experienced in project planning and scheduling
  3. Familiarity with scheduling tools including OPC, Open Plan or P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and SharePoint.
  4. A logical approach to approaching tasks and solving problems
