Job description

Position: Project Planner

Location: North Gloucestershire, Project in Tewkesbury

Salary: GBP50:GBP65k + (Car Allowance+Package)

Our client is a well established Tier 1 contractor who operates nationally across the UK. Year on year they go from strength to strength and due to business demands, they are now recruiting for a Planner to join their busy team.

Summary Of Role

Responsible for the Planning function on Medium to Large (or complex) tenders and sites involving complex and detailed analysis of large volumes of information. Ensuring that the optimum sequence to deliver the project is reflected in the programme.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Planning for medium to large tenders and sites
  2. Develop comprehensive project programs
  3. Collaborate on works planning with colleagues
  4. Verify and challenge suppliers programs
  5. Liaise on temporary works and obtain designs
  6. Compile adjudication books and assist with project reports
  7. Assess progress against programs and report findings
  8. Update project programs in line with contracts
  9. Implement change control processes effectively
  10. Contribute to cost management and positive cash flow
  11. Work on site and attend progress meetings
  12. Use of ASTA Power Projects
  13. Security Clearance is a must for this project (Not required at application just eligibility for clearance)
