Role: Project Administrator/Owner

Salary: 40-45K

Location base: South Yorkshire

Flexibility: Remote

This exciting new opportunity is for a Project Administrator/Owner with a hands-on background in IT analysis, testing, and development.

This company is a leading provider of smart ticketing systems around the northwest, with large quantities of deep technical information coming through their own mobile application.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of documentation covering the scope, design, testing, and implementation of new software features.
  • Produce progress reports illustrating development progress against targets.
  • Attend and host meetings with clients, gather requirements, and speak authoritatively on development progress.
  • Monitor projects once they are deployed, ensuring operational systems are working as expected.
  • Provide hands-on contribution with operational needs, software testing, and automation projects around main responsibilities.

Your required skills:

  • A firm understanding of software development and project management principles.
  • Exposure to application developments, testing, and cloud-based environments.
  • Thorough experience of end-to-end project documentation, involving scoping briefs, project plans, design, and testing scripts.
  • Hands-on experience/background in IT, involving analysis, testing, or development.

The successful candidate must be currently living in the Yorkshire/Humber area and will have experience in both project management and software operations.
