Project Manager - Tier 2 Commercial Builder

Award winning, National Tier 1 Contractor with a solid pipeline of work here in VIC on projects up to $250m. We're seeking an experienced PM to head up a $60m Office Development due to kick off in the next 4 weeks in Melton.

The Role:

1. Manage the successful delivery of the project from inception to completion
2. Drive the construction team & liaise closely with the Site Manager and CA team
3. Assuring that project milestones are reached successfully & within target dates
4. Produce and provide progress and cost reports
5. Control all financial and budgetary requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience managing new build commercial projects $30m+
2. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
3. Highly developed programming & management skills
