We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the ET&S portfolio team as a Project Manager – Test deployed into Test and Experimental Engineering (T&EE).

The T&EE business is at the heart of this ensuring we can deliver the future technologies, we are the heartbeat of the Civil business bringing new products to market, as well as playing a key role in supporting other areas of the business to keep the existing fleet flying. The role will allow you to play a pivotal role in introducing new test capability required to support the growth of our installed fleet.
Within T&EE you will be deployed to one or more key projects which are critical in delivering test capability across the network. You will be responsible for the planning, delegation, monitoring, and control of all aspects of the test workstreams, and the motivation of those involved, to achieve the project’s objectives with the expected performance targets of time, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risks.

2025 will see more large engines visiting overhaul facilities than ever before in Rolls-Royce’s history. Increasing the total capacity of our Civil Aerospace Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facilities is pivotal to keeping the fleet flying in both the short and longer term. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager, with a strong appreciation for the technical aspects of T&EE, to be a part of this growth to service our rapidly increasing global fleet. In the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the integration and management of an integrated team introducing new test capacity & capability to support a new MRO facility in Europe.
