We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects, with a reputation for excellence and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with the ability to work autonomously from the start and keen to progress their career forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage residential and commercial (CAT A) projects from start to finish.
• Work independently to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management within the residential and commercial sectors.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
• Relevant qualifications in construction/project management
