Project Manager / Senior Project Manager Required

The Job:

1. To deliver turnkey end-to-end Project Management solutions for minor and major revenue projects (and other project requests) across an account portfolio.
2. Delivery of quality project solutions against Capital & Revenue spend awarded to my client from concept through to completion.
3. Effective management, budget control, compliance with all legislation including CDM Regulations, delivery and management of project files and effective asset handover.

Accountabilities:

1. Projects are delivered to timescale and within budget.
2. Representing the business through positive Client Liaison.
3. Support the design, management and delivery of revenue and capital projects including ownership of these assets at project and implementation phase.
4. Comply with all H&S duties, procedures and internal audit processes and policies.
5. Support the wider team.

Candidate Specification:

1. Experience as a PM or SPM.
2. Experience working on M+E maintenance/refurb projects.
3. SMSTS.
4. IOSH.
5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PM tools.
6. Organizational skills.
7. An understanding of CDM including individual roles and responsibilities.
8. Requirement to gain SC Clearance (supported by site).
