Project Manager/Senior PM

The Role:

Based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, this position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects valued between £10m - £90m.

You'll be involved in major developments across Student Accommodation, Leisure, and Care Home sectors, delivering high-quality results for their clients.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience in a UK consultancy environment
2. Proven track record of managing UK-based property projects; experience in Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential sectors would be advantageous
3. Membership of a recognised professional body (MRICS, MAPM, or similar) is preferred but not essential
4. Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
5. An interest to develop their Business Development skills
