Join an award-winning international Architecture & Building Consultancy as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP). This pure PM role will support the growing Building Consultancy team, predominantly managing refurbishment projects ranging in value from £100k up to £5m.

Projects include:

1. Education
2. Healthcare
3. Prisons
4. Courts
5. Care Homes

From minor maintenance works through to full reconfigurations, there is also an opportunity within the wider business to get involved in larger scale new build and refurbishment schemes up to £85m.

This is an autonomous role with excellent progression prospects, as there are ambitious plans to build a dedicated PM team around this position.
