Project Manager | Up to £70,000 | Remote

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Hybrid Model: Mostly remote, with ad hoc travel to Portsmouth and London
  • Salary: Up to £70,000

About the Client and Role:

Our client, a leading IT Consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager with demonstrable experience delivering rollouts or improvements of SAP SuccessFactors Projects to help drive process & system efficiency. There will be a large focus on HR systems & processes initially, but this role will also work across application, end user, and the infrastructure landscape.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience of end to end Project Management for large-scale projects and programmes
  • End to end software development lifecycle experience with at least 2 projects involving the rollout or significant enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics)
  • Proven track record of managing projects replacing business applications, internally for organisations, where continuity of service is critical
  • Ability to analyse complex project data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Experience in Implementation of Hire to Retire Value stream
