Role overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join an agency with huge growth potential. As Account Manager, you'll leverage your hands-on experience, ideally within the Automotive industry or across a multi-channel B2B marketing environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is proactive, personable, and thrives under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. In this role, you'll support the wider team with your strong project management and organisational skills, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and the delivery of exceptional client results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the briefing process, acting as the key liaison between the client and internal teams. Translating the clients needs into a clear brief and ensuring all deliverables meet expectations, are on time, and stay within scope.
  2. Schedule and manage workloads across teams, ensuring projects align with priorities and deadlines.
  3. Communicate strategically with internal teams, clients and third-party agencies across all channels (brand, CRM, digital, social, traditional media) to ensure alignment with client goals and briefs.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their internal advocate and ensuring quality, consistency, and value.
  5. Drive multi-channel marketing efforts, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all strategies.
  6. Use data and analytics to inform strategy, enhance performance, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  7. Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, aligning performance with client objectives.
  8. Identify growth opportunities and align client needs with additional services.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to add value to client work.

About the candidate:

  1. Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative workflows.
  2. Automotive industry experience or B2B marketing is highly desirable, or the ability to quickly learn.
  3. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and enhance campaign performance.
  4. Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects autonomously, and drive collaboration.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide strategic solutions.
