They are looking for a talented and organized Project Manager/Operations Lead to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about managing projects with precision and driving operational excellence. Additional points if you have sector experience in the food industry. You'll oversee key projects, collaborate across teams, and implement strategies to optimize processes, ensuring every initiative meets high standards of quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from planning through to execution.
• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Create regular MI Reports and proactively solve or escalate identified challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience in a similar/related industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
