My financial services client is currently looking for a contract Project Manager to lead on an office relocation project.

This role is urgent and will be reporting to senior stakeholders, requiring a PM who can hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate:

1. Project Manager with extensive Office Relocation experience, within financial services or government sector preferred.
2. Ideally experience of lease exit strategy.
3. Experience from procuring to construction stage, and the relocation move.
4. Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
