Project Manager (Mechanical/Construction)

£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Phone + Laptop + Training + Progression

Are you a Project Manager from a Mechanical/Construction background looking for an autonomous role in a well-established company where you will be a lead figure and help push the business forward?

On offer is the chance to join a growing company that provides a range of commercial plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilation solutions that have a strong reputation for quality and service, working across industries such as healthcare and construction.

This is a hugely varied role where you will work across all areas of the business. You will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards of service delivery. The successful candidate will manage projects, lead teams, and drive continuous improvement.

This role would suit a Project Manager or similar from either a MEP or Construction background that is looking to join a growing company in a lead position.

The Role:

Overseeing Mechanical Projects
Liaising closely with clients on upcoming and ongoing projects
Initial pricing of projects
Taking a holistic view of the business operations
Office/Site based around the North West

The Person:

Relevant Mechanical Operation/Project management experience
Comfortable in client-facing settings
Commutable to Chorley
