Ready to lead high-impact projects in the heavy commercial and industrial sectors? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee ground-up HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects ranging from $20M+ in mechanical scope.

$3,000/month untaxed per diem if commuting over 1 hour

What You Bring:
10+ years of experience with a mechanical subcontractor
Proven success managing mechanical budgets of $20M+
Deep knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or data center projects highly preferred
4-year Construction Management or related degree (or equivalent experience)
