Ready to lead high-impact projects in the heavy commercial and industrial sectors? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical background to oversee ground-up HVAC, piping, and plumbing construction projects ranging from $20M+ in mechanical scope.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind some of the most challenging and rewarding builds — from mission-critical data centers and state-of-the-art hospitals, to highly specialized pharmaceutical facilities. You’ll manage every aspect from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and performance across all trades under your watch.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle priorities with confidence, and isn’t afraid to get in the field and lead by example. You’ll be working closely with ownership, clients, engineers, and subcontractors, so strong communication and technical skills are key.

What You Bring:
10+ years of experience with a mechanical subcontractor
Proven success managing mechanical budgets of $20M+
Deep knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or data center projects highly preferred
4-year Construction Management or related degree (or equivalent experience)
