Project Manager - Marketing

We’re working with an innovative agency at the forefront of Web3 marketing, and they’re on the hunt for a talented Marketing Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside top creative and marketing strategists, ensuring seamless project execution while managing key client relationships.

The Role:

As a Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind campaign execution, ensuring strategies are turned into high-impact deliverables. You’ll work across multiple projects, liaising with clients, creative teams, and strategists to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage marketing and creative projects from start to finish.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Keep projects on track by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Oversee feedback loops and approval processes for efficient execution.
• Identify potential risks and proactively resolve any roadblocks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or account management.
• A strong understanding of working with creative teams, strategists, and external partners.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar platforms.
• A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• An understanding and or passion for Web3 and blockchain technologies is highly beneficial.
