Do you have experience working as a Project Manager for a Manufacturing / Engineering company? Would you like to work for an industry leading defence company in Kent, offering first class training, progression opportunities and a lucrative company bonus?

Due to continued growth and the securing of new contracts, my client is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their highly skilled engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects for an array of impressive global clients. You will aim to deliver projects for the customer within the agreed scope, timeframe and budget, whilst maintaining excellent quality standards.

This is a varied and interesting role that would suit someone with a strong background in project management and manufacturing, looking for an autonomous role within a reputable company that will support your continuous professional development.

The Candidate:

1. Must have experience in Project Management within a manufacturing or engineering environment
2. Ideally holds an engineering qualification in any discipline
3. Ideally will be familiar with New Product Introduction (NPI)
4. Lives a commutable distance from Sandwich, Kent

The Role:

1. Working as a Project Manager, within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility near Sandwich, for a leading Defence company
2. Supporting with New Product Introduction (NPI)
3. Supporting with bids and proposals for new projects
4. Security Clearance will be required in this role, which will be fully funded by the company
