Project manager - Live Events

We are The Fix Creative and we help hundreds of creative agencies across the country.

We have a Hampshire-based events agency looking for an end-to-end Project Manager to join their talented team!

The agency works with global brands to create inspiring experiential live events.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hampshire, for a Project Manager who has experience in events, experiential marketing, and/or exhibitions. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our clients' projects from concept to delivery. You'll liaise with clients, the creative and operations teams, manage logistics, coordinate event operations, oversee the installation and on-site management of events, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the high standards our global clients demand.

Responsibilities

1. At least 2 years experience as a Project Manager in an agency environment
2. Experience of end-to-end project management in events / experiential marketing / exhibitions
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills
4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work across multiple projects
6. Ability to work on-site in Bordon, Hampshire
7. Relevant experience in sports sponsorship and/or automotive would be a plus
