ABOUT THE ROLE

My client will only consider candidates that have a proven background as a Project Manager in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for delivering on projects with their After Sales department, working for a variety of blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease, and Mace. Within this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing Pre-construction, Design, Planning, Procurement, and Delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, all applicants must have worked for a specialist façade/building envelope subcontractor in the UK. They must be able to display technical competency and have a proven background in overseeing multiple façade packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship schemes.
